These terms govern your use of this website and purchases made directly through Sunny Wags. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented for that order. Please review the product details and policies before paying.

Sunny Wags is the store name used on this website. You can reach our support team through the contact page. The store is intended for adult customers in the United States. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a purchase agreement to order.

Read the final label, directions, ingredients, cautions, and intended use before giving a product to your dog. Packaging and on-screen colors may vary. Any images identified as packaging concepts do not replace the final product label.

Website content and product guides are general information, not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not establish a veterinarian-client-patient relationship through a purchase, questionnaire, or support exchange. A product’s suitability depends on the individual dog. Contact your veterinarian about health concerns or combining products with medication.

Do not use a product differently from its final directions or delay veterinary care because of information on this site. Customer experiences, when published, are individual experiences and are not guarantees.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. The checkout shows merchandise, discounts, shipping, and applicable tax before you authorize payment. A product price or shipping estimate outside checkout may not include all order charges.

We may correct an error in a product listing, price, or availability. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund any amount already paid for the affected items. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Submitting an order starts processing; an unpaid or failed payment is not a confirmed purchase. We may decline an order for unavailable stock, invalid payment information, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery destination, or another legitimate reason. Any amount collected for an order we cancel will be refunded.

Payment details are handled through the payment provider. Do not send card information through our contact form or by email.

We ship only to supported U.S. destinations shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Orders may be shipped in separate packages. Contact us promptly about a damaged, incorrect, delayed, or missing order. Address updates to an account or subscription do not automatically redirect an order already paid or shipped.

A subscription begins only with your explicit choice and agreement to recurring charges. Your products, frequency, billing amount, and cancellation information are presented before purchase. You can stop future renewals online through your account or private management link.

Read the separate subscription terms. A one-time order does not enroll you. Offers and codes are subject to their displayed conditions; not every discount applies to subscriptions or later renewals. Complete-bundle discounts require the eligible composition.

The Good Day Guarantee applies to the first eligible Good Day Plan purchased directly from Sunny Wags, once per household, for 90 days from delivery. Its scope and request process are described on that page.

Other order issues are handled under the shipping and returns policy and applicable law. Canceling future subscription renewals does not automatically refund an existing order.

Keep your login information and private order or subscription links secure. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Information you provide must be accurate and must not impersonate another person.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, or use someone else’s payment information. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, or legal obligations.

Submit only a review of your own experience. Do not include another person’s private information, unlawful content, or claims you cannot support. If you received a discount or product in connection with a review, disclose that relationship.

By submitting content for publication, you give Sunny Wags permission to display it with the author information you provide. Moderation may remove personal information, spam, abusive content, or material unrelated to the product. A verified-purchase label refers to the purchase connection; it is not medical verification.

Sunny Wags branding, designs, and original site content belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing the site does not grant a right to reproduce them for commercial use without permission.

Our privacy policy describes how information is used. Optional browser tracking choices are available at privacy preferences.

Links may take you to services operated by other companies, including payment or questionnaire services. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. A link is not a claim that Sunny Wags controls every part of the other service.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.

We may update these terms for future use and orders. The terms applicable when you placed an order remain relevant to that purchase. We will communicate material changes affecting an ongoing subscription as required. The update date appears on this page.
