Use your account or the private link in your confirmation to see the next billing date and manage your subscription. You can update future delivery details, change eligible products and quantities, skip, pause, resume, or cancel.
Product changes take effect at a future renewal and show the updated prices before you agree. They do not change an already paid order. Want a different delivery frequency? Contact support and we will help you find a better fit.

How often will I be charged?
At the interval you choose: every month, every two months, or every three months where offered. These are calendar-month intervals, not guaranteed 30-, 60-, or 90-day periods. Your management page shows the next billing date.
Does one jar always last until the next delivery?
No. Duration depends on the final serving directions and your dog’s needs. Choose quantities and timing using the product label and your veterinarian’s advice. The delivery interval does not tell you how much to give.
Do one-time items repeat?
No. Only items explicitly selected for subscription are included in renewals. A one-time item in the first checkout is charged once.
Can I order for more than one dog?
Yes. Choose the products and quantities that suit your household. Follow the product directions for each dog, and remember that dogs with different needs may use the same jar at different rates.
