Subscription terms

These terms apply only when you expressly select an eligible subscription and agree to recurring charges. A one-time purchase does not create an ongoing subscription.

Read these terms together with our terms of service, shipping and returns policy, and the specific offer and checkout summary you authorize.

The offer and checkout identify your products, quantities, delivery interval, amount charged today, recurring amount, shipping charges, and applicable tax. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the agreed recurring purchase until you cancel.

Available schedules use calendar months: every month, every two months, or every three months as shown. A three-month interval is not always exactly 90 days. Your confirmation and management page provide the next billing information.

All recurring items in a single checkout share a delivery interval. Items purchased once are included only in the initial order. The amount due today can differ from later renewals because of one-time items or an introductory discount.

Your initial purchase uses the prices shown at checkout. The renewal amount reflects your recurring items, the agreed discounts, shipping, and applicable tax. A promotion applies to later renewals only when the offer expressly says it does.

Complete-bundle savings depend on keeping the eligible bundle composition. If you change products or quantities, we show the current subscription prices for the revised selection before you agree. A changed selection may no longer receive the original bundle discount.

We will communicate any material change to an ongoing offer before it takes effect and obtain consent where required. You can cancel future renewals if you do not wish to continue.

Open your subscriptions or the private management link included with your order. Keep that private link secure: it provides access to your subscription without signing in.

You can update your future shipping address, manage your payment method through the payment provider, and change eligible products or quantities. Product changes apply at a future renewal, without a prorated charge today. Once a renewal is being processed, some edits may be unavailable until it is resolved. Contact support if you need help.

The product-change form preserves your delivery interval. Contact support to arrange a different frequency. Changes to future deliveries do not alter an already paid order.

Skip omits the next scheduled renewal and its delivery. The subscription then continues on its schedule.

Pause temporarily stops scheduled renewal charges and deliveries for the selected period of one, two, or three months. At the end of that pause, billing resumes according to the subscription schedule. You may resume earlier from the management page.

Check the date and status shown after making a change. Skipping or pausing does not undo a charge or shipment that has already been completed.

Open the subscription management page, choose Cancel future renewals, and confirm. You do not have to telephone us, choose an alternative offer, or give a reason. Feedback is optional.

Cancellation stops future subscription charges. Already paid orders remain in place and are handled separately under the return and guarantee policies. Cancel before the next charge is processed to prevent that renewal. If you cannot access the management page, contact support.

A guarantee or refund request does not by itself cancel a subscription. You can cancel separately online or ask support to assist with both.

We send service emails about your subscription, including renewal reminders, payment problems, and important changes. These messages are separate from optional marketing emails. Keep your contact and payment information current.

If a payment fails, the renewal may be retried or held while the issue is resolved. If a recurring item is unavailable, the renewal may be delayed. A delayed or failed renewal does not automatically cancel your subscription; you can still cancel future renewals through the management page.

The subscription covers the products, quantities, and frequency shown in your offer. It is not a veterinary consultation or a substitute for your dog’s regular care.

The Good Day Guarantee, where applicable to a first Good Day Plan, is independent of your decision to remain subscribed. No minimum number of renewals is required.
